| Kath Tierney is involved in all aspects of sustainable travel, including initial research, analysis of current travel arrangements, service design, marketing, service delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the results. She has worked directly on the implementation of travel planning in workplaces and residential sites, undertaking detailed site accessibility surveys, organising face-to-face survey work, and developing options for implementation by the client or by RATC on the client’s behalf. She undertakes facilitation of focus groups, presentations at seminars and workshops. She enjoys problem-solving, using a variety of techniques, from databases to on-line surveys. |

| Deborah Oddy previously worked freelance for RATC (2006-08) on community transport assignments in Northumberland, north Manchester and the West Midlands. Deborah joined RATC in September 2008 to develop and deliver our extensive community and accessible transport portfolio. Deborah Oddy brings more than 20 years of rural transport and voluntary sector experience to RATC. Her main areas of interest are business planning and organisational development; project management; employee and trustee training; mentoring and professional coaching. |

Chas Ball is our specialist adviser on car clubs and works with RATC on a range of sustainable travel assignments and projects. He recently organized an RATC conference with Transform Scotland Trust to commemorate 10 years of commercial car club operation in Britain.
He was the founder of City Car Club in 1999 and left the company towards the end of 2007. He has continued to advise the company on the management of its EU Civitas funded project and on local authority partnership issues. Other recent work has included strategic advice to Mendes Ltd, the operators of the new car club in Cork, Republic of Ireland. |

| Dave Leech is able to provide a turnkey graphic design service from initial roughs through to digital-ready artwork, from branding to house styles, and on to publication on the web or in print. He also produces cartoons, including the now famous RATC Christmas Card collection. |
