| Kath Tierney is involved in all aspects of sustainable travel, including initial research, analysis of current travel arrangements, service design, marketing, service delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the results. She has worked directly on the implementation of travel planning in workplaces and residential sites, undertaking detailed site accessibility surveys, organising face-to-face survey work, and developing options for implementation by the client or by RATC on the client’s behalf. She undertakes facilitation of focus groups, presentations at seminars and workshops. She enjoys problem-solving, using a variety of techniques, from databases to on-line surveys. |

| Chas Ball works with RATC on a range of sustainable travel assignments and projects. Until last autumn, Chas was employed as Development Director at City Car Club (a company that he helped found) which pioneered car share club development in Britain. He has a considerable experience in the implementation of sustainable transport and regeneration projects. |
